Accommodation

In the true sense of the word accommodation is to fill a need or want. We not only strive to fill the needs and wants of our guests but we strive to find a need and make an effort to search out and fix problems rather than ignore them.

Compassion

Compassion is often thought of as a feeling, such as sympathy or understanding. At the Homestead, compassion is a feeling of understanding and love, as well as an action word. Our staff is compassionate - they not only harbor those feelings of sympathy and love towards the residents but they also act in accordance with those feelings to provide the best quality care we feel each of our beloved residents should enjoy.

Integrity

In the true sense of the word accommodation is to fill a need or want. We not only strive to fill the needs and wants of our guests but we strive to find a need and make an effort to search out and fix problems rather than ignore them.

We want our guests to go away feeling like they received the best service possible in every way. We will always be fair, up front, and honest in all of our personal and business dealings. We pride ourselves on honest business practices and strive to live the Golden Rule in all we do.

Hard Work

We hope you find that you will never have a more tireless set of people working for your benefit than you will here at the Homestead. We will go above and beyond expectations and work hard to create great results. We love happy people and we will work hard to make sure each of our guests is happy.

It's time to get beyond bingo! Each of our communities features an activities director that creates a guest driven calendar of engaging activities to meet every person’s individual interests. Our guest enjoy activities such as live entertainment, outings to local events, fishing at The Homestead Pond, horse & carriage rides, shopping, trips to the LDS Temple, family history, four wheeling, cruise adventures, message therapy, activities catering to our residents with dementia, and yes bingo.

Come have fun with us as you sit on the terrace, watching the sunset, enjoying ice cream from our ice cream parlor! You may want to play pool or just watch a great movie in our theater room. Whatever your interest we are here to serve. We hope you will come enjoy the excitement and enrichment that comes from activities at The Homestead Senior Living.

In our home-style open kitchen, our director of dining services has your taste in mind while creating and preparing unique flavorful meals using fresh seasonal ingredients. We make nearly every meal from scratch, including delicious home made bread and our signature Homestead cookies. Enjoy all of this in a family dining setting while accommodating your individual and special dietary requirements and needs.
